| The DK Design Group was founded in April 2004 by Dean DeKryger and Scott Kleinsorge. At that time they left the firm in which they were partners
to launch this new venture. |

| Our offices are located at 1104 S. Mitchell
street in Cadillac, Michigan; the site of the former Michigan State Police Post. We have recently renovated the building and
are still settling in. |

| We use AutoCAD for all construction documents. Use of the CAD system allows us to be responsive to client input and changes. It also allows us to maintain an electronic database for future project reference. |

| The DK Design Group has worked successfully with a number of consulting engineers. Consultants are selected for each project based on their applicable experience as well as their ability to serve the Owner's time and budget requirements. Any consultants (such as civil, structural, mechanical or electrical engineers) would be under contract to The DK Design Group and simply folded into our services. We will be the single point of contact. |
