This approximately 19,000 sf building is the new home of Mercy Rehabilitation Services and Grand Traverse Heart of Cadillac.

Constructed of steel frame structure with full brick veneer exterior, this three story building was completed in November of 2007.

The DK Design Group was both the architect and construction manager on this project which was on time and on budget.

The main level provides space for the Rehabilitation gym, Exam rooms, and various supporting spaces. 

The lower level contains a 18' x 30' therapy pool, along with locker room facilities, offices, speech & children's therapy, and meeting rooms.

The upper floor is home to the Cadillac location of Grand Traverse Heart Specialists.  The Client requested the creation of color palette boards with multiple options to choose their finishes.  The palette chosen (shown to right) when applied to the reception area (lower image to right) provides for a warm and inviting waiting area.
